Membership drive and fund raising event for the El Paso Archaeological Society is being organized as a tour of the Jornada Region. This 8-day tour starts in and ends in El Paso. Visits will be made to see the pictographs at Hueco Tanks, Alamo Mountain’s petroglyphs and extensive Apache campsites, White Sands National Park, Creekside Village, Three Rivers Petroglyphs, Salinas Missions National Monument, Fort Craig and other sites, museums, and historic districts. The tour is organized by Jornada Research Institute and scheduled for November 10 – 17
