GET INVOLVED, BECOME A MEMBER
General membership is available to individuals and corporate entities who wish to support Jornada Research Institute programs in research and education. Within the general membership category is Regular Individual, Student, and Senior subcategories. Regular Individual membership applies to all who are not currently enrolled students or individuals 65 years of age and older. Membership benefits and fees correspond as follows:
Student: $20.00/year (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on JRI publications, 10% discount on participation programs, access to research files/library and laboratory equipment, discount on JRI merchandise).
Senior: $20.00/year (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on JRI publications, 10% discount on participation programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
Regular Individual: $35.00/year (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on JRI publications, discount on participation programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
Family Membership: $65.00/year (for up to four family members) (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on JRI publications, 10% discount on participation programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
Professional Individual: $50.00/year (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on JRI publications, access to research files/library and laboratory equipment, discount on participation programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
Supporting Individual: supports programs with $100.00/year or more (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, quarterly newsletter, free admission to guest presentations, discount on select JRI publications, 10% discount on participation programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
Contributing Member: contributes to research programs with $250.00/year or more (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 2 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for member and guest, discount on MRI merchandise).
Endowment Member: contributes to research programs with $500.00/year or more with an optional portion endowed for specific research or programs (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 2 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for member and up to 3 guest, discount on select tour programs for member and 1 guest; discount on JRI merchandise
Premier Member: contributes to research programs with $1000.00/year or more with a portion endowed for specific research or programs (recognized sponsorship at JRI-sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 2 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select publications, discount on participation programs for member and up to 3 guests, discount on select tour programs for member and 1 guest, discount on JRI merchandise).
Corporate: $200.00/year (newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 2 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for 2 individuals, discount on select tour programs for 2 individuals, discount on JRI merchandise).
Corporate Contributing Member: supports programs with $500.00/year or more (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 4 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for 4 individuals, discount on select tour programs for 4 individuals; discount on JRI merchandise).
Corporate Endowment Member: supports programs with $1000.00/year or more (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 4 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for 4 individuals, discount on all tour programs for 4 individuals, discount on JRI merchandise).
Corporate Premier Member: supports programs with $2500.00/year or more with a portion endowed for specific research or programs (recognized sponsorship at JRI sponsored programs, newsletter, free admission to guest presentations for 4 individuals, discount on select JRI publications, free select JRI publications, discount on participation programs for 4 individuals, discount on all tour programs for 4 individuals; special tours and programs designed for Corporate Endowment Members for up to 6 individuals, discount on JRI merchandise).
Affiliate Organizations: Membership is available to other non-profit organizations at any of the corporate membership levels for half price. These memberships are designed to encourage interaction among various associations and build strong networking among groups who may share common interests and desire to be recognized for their support in Jornada Research Institute’s endeavors.
Members of Affiliate Organizations: Individuals or group members who are members of an affiliate organization will receive a discount on all benefits except tour programs. Must present current membership to receive discounts.
Multi-year membership: Please contact our membership committee to receive discounts for multiple year memberships. Memberships for two years will receive an additional discount off programs. Memberships for 5 years will receive an additional 10% discount of programs, discount on JRI merchandise).
